3. Bidding qualification requirements

3.1Construction section：

3.1.1The enterprise shall be an independent legal person and shall have a valid business license;

3.1.2Qualification Requirements:

     Section 3 and 4: The bidder shall have the Grade 3 or above qualification for the general contracting of municipal public works construction, and have a valid safety production license。

3.1.3Personnel requirements:① The project manager to be dispatched by the bidder shall have the certificate of registered construction engineer of municipal public engineering professional Grade II or above, and have valid safety production assessment certificate (B Certificate), and has not acted as the project manager of other projects under construction and issued a no-construction commitment;
